This vintage sports wall hanging is called “World Series Winner” and features sequential images Bill Mazeroski of the Pittsburgh Pirates as he is about to touch home plate after hitting the winning home run in the bottom of the 9th inning of the 7th game of 1960 World Series against the New York Yankees.

This feat occurred on October 13, 1960 at Forbes Field in Pittsburgh and it was the first time a World Series ended with a 7th game home run.  Some consider it the greatest home run ever hit in World Series history.
